Nazara Technologies issued bonus shares in the ratio 1:1

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Friday, May 13, 2022 had considered, approved and recommended the issue of bonus equity shares of Rs. 4 each, credited as fully paid-up to existing members of the company in the ratio of 1 new fully paid up equity share of Rs. 4 each for every 1 existing fully paid up equity share of Rs. 4 each held by them. 

Presently, the authorized share capital of the company is Rs. 15,00,00,000 divided into 3,75,00,000 equity share of Rs. 4 each. In order to facilitate the issue of bonus equity shares and for further requirements, if any, it is proposed to increase the authorized share capital to Rs. 30,00,00,000 by creation of additional 3,75,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 4 each.
