Notice is hereby given that the 33rd Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of Fincare Business Services Limited (the “Company”) is scheduled for Friday, September 6, 2024, at 12:00 P.M at Ground Floor, Bren Mercury, Kaikondanahalli, Sarjapur Main Road, Bengaluru 560035 KA IN to, among other things, consider and transact the following business:

Special Business:

To sell/transfer/ dispose of the shares held by the Company in AU Small Finance Bank Limited, either in full or in part

​Special resolution:

The shareholders have resolved that the Company is authorized to sell, transfer, or dispose of its shares in AU Small Finance Bank Limited within 18 months, for up to Rs 1,000 Crores. The Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, and Directors are authorized to finalize necessary documents and handle all related matters. They are also authorized to certify and issue a copy of this resolution to all concerned parties.
