NSE released its financials for Q4 FY24

NSE released its financials for quarter Q4 FY24. The company reported a growth of 34% in its revenues from Rs 3,453 Cr in Q4 FY23 to Rs 4625 Cr in Q4 FY24. The net profit of the company grew by 19% from Rs 2,107 Cr in Q4 FY23 to Rs 2,500 Cr in Q4 FY24. The contribution to the Settlement Guarantee Fund (SGF) of the company has shown a growth of 182% increasing from Rs 203 Cr in Q4 FY23 to Rs 574 Cr in Q4 FY24. The Total Assets of the company has increased too by 79% from Rs 36,564 Cr in Q4 FY23 to 65,464 Cr in Q4 FY24
The trading income increased by 26% from Rs 3,295 Cr in Q4 FY23 to Rs 4,150 Cr in Q4 FY24 and the income from clearing house increased by 211% from Rs 243 Cr in Q4 FY23 to Rs 755 Cr in Q4 FY24. The company also recommended a final dividend of Rs 90 per share which is subject to the approval by the shareholders at the AGM. The company also approved the issue of Bonus shares in the ratio of 4:1
