Oyo completes the acquisition of European vacation rental company Bornholmske Feriehuse

On Tuesday, Oyo announced that it has completed the acquisition of Bornholmske Feriehuse, a provider of vacation rentals situated in Europe, through its subsidiary DanCenter. The firm said that the change is a component of its effort to "grow" as a provider of full-stack holiday homes. Bornholmske Feriehuse is headquartered on the Danish island of Bornholm and has approximately 700 properties available on its platform. Oyo stated that it anticipates exceeding 250,000 visitor nights in 2022.
