• Apeksha Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director of John Jacobs Eyewear. She became the youngest CEO of the company in 2018 and has significantly contributed to its growth as a leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) eyewear brand in India.
• Apeksha's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies at Delhi University, a Master’s in Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
• She began her career in the luxury fashion segment with brands like Diesel and Marks & Spencer. This experience helped her develop a keen understanding of the international fashion and retail landscape, which she leveraged to build John Jacobs into a tech-driven, innovative, and customer-focused brand.
• Under her leadership, John Jacobs has integrated advanced technologies such as blockchain for supply chain visibility, virtual reality for 3D try-ons, and AI for product lifecycle management.
