​Govind Singh is the Managing Director and CEO of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has had a distinguished career in banking, holding leadership roles at ICICI Bank, UTI Bank, and several other financial institutions.​

​Govind Singh received an award of excellence in 2022 from the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) under the APY Big Believers (ABB) 4.0 category. His leadership has also contributed to Utkarsh SFB's steady growth and expansion.​

​Govind Singh’s vision for Utkarsh SFB continues to focus on expanding financial inclusion, increasing access to banking services in rural and underserved areas, and innovating with digital banking technologies.​
