Appointed date for amalgamation of Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited with and into AU Small Finance Bank Limited

This is in continuation to the letter dated March 4, 2024 informing about approval of the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) for the scheme of amalgamation of Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited (“Transferor Company”) with and into AU Small Finance Bank Limited (“Transferee Company”) (“Amalgamation Scheme”) and April 1, 2024 as the effective date of amalgamation. In this regard, we would like to inform that on the request of the Transferor Company and Transferee Company, RBI has approved for modification of appointed date as April 1, 2024 as against the appointed date mentioned in the Amalgamation Scheme i.e. February 1, 2024. Accordingly, the effective date and appointed date for the amalgamation of Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited with and into AU Small Finance Bank Limited is April 1, 2024 and there has been no other change in the Amalgamation Scheme.
