AU Small Finance partners with United India Insurance for distribution of insurance products.

AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB) and state-owned United India Insurance Company (UIIC) have formed a strategic partnership to offer various insurance products to the bank's customers. These products include motor insurance, personal accident insurance, crop insurance, property insurance, shopkeeper insurance, and cyber incident insurance.
The partnership takes advantage of UIIC's extensive network, covering over 1,000 tier 2 and tier 3 locations. This aligns with AU SFB's growing infrastructure and increasing customer base. AU SFB has also recently applied for a universal banking license with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is now focused on expanding its insurance offerings to its customer base of over 1 crore across all segments.
