    Countrywide Promoters, a subsidiary of developer BPTP Group, has bought a 5.24 acre plot in Gurugram near the Dwarka Expressway for Rs 87.27 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm. The sale deed was executed on November 16, 2023, and the company paid stamp duty of Rs 6.11 crore for the transaction, the documents showed. The company did not respond to Moneycontrol's queries seeking comment on the deal. The land was purchased from Vikram Rana and Paramjeet Rana of Bijwasan village in New Delhi, the documents showed. The plot is situated in Chauma village in Gurugram's Sector 113, near the Dwarka Expressway, which is likely to become operational soon.
