Debabrata Mukherjee Appointed as Managing Director of Havmor Ice Cream by LOTTE India

LOTTE India Corporation has announced the appointment of Debabrata Mukherjee as the Managing Director of Havmor Ice Cream, marking a key leadership move aimed at strengthening the company’s position in India’s fast-growing ice cream market.

Mukherjee brings over three decades of leadership experience, having held senior roles across The Coca-Cola Company in India, South Korea, and South-West Asia. He also previously served as MD & CEO of Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Ltd.

In his new role, Mukherjee will lead growth, innovation, and market expansion initiatives for Havmor, as LOTTE India continues to deepen its focus on the ice cream category.

Speaking on his appointment, Mukherjee expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity to build on Havmor’s strong brand legacy and drive the next phase of its growth in India.

This appointment reflects LOTTE India’s commitment to expanding its presence in the frozen desserts and dairy segment, leveraging Havmor’s strong consumer trust and product portfolio to capture greater market share across both urban and emerging regions.
