Garuda Aerospace ties up with Thales for UTM solutions

CHENNAI: Drone maker Garuda Aerospace has tied up with French aerospace firm Thales for unmanned traffic management (UT M) solutions, UAV detection and other applications for managing drone flight.
According to a release, the partnership aims at advancing the development of technological solutions for secure drone operations.
"In addition to its broad expertise in the field of UTM solutions for the management of flight authorisations, Thales offers a range of radar and sensors for high-performance UAV detection, as well as being experienced in system integration".
