IPO : Hexaware Technologies is seeking feedback from potential investors to value the firm at around $5.5 billion to $6 billion for an upcoming initial public offering , people familiar with the matter told ET NOW. Markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India cleared the company’s IPO draft document on Monday. Private equity giant Carlyle , that owns about 95% holding in the firm, plans to offload some of its stake to raise close to 100 billion rupees ($1.16 billion) through the equity sale, according to the company’s draft red herring prospectus.
