Honasa Consumer Ltd, which owns new-age FMCG brands like MamaearthMamaearth Datalabs_in-article-icon and The Derma Co, has approved the allotment of 5,79,849 equity shares to its eligible employees under its employee stock option plan (ESOP).
“We wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed on September 02, 2024, has approved the allotment of 5,79,849 equity shares,” Honasa said in a regulatory filing.
