Meesho onboarded 3 lakh new sellers between Jan - June 2024
Meesho has onboarded 3 lakh new sellers between January to June 2024, nearly doubling the number from the previous year, the company said in its Smart Shopper Report.
The report highlighted that the Meesho app was downloaded over 20 crore times during the said period.
Over 80% of the company's 15 crore annual transacting customers come from tier 2 and beyond towns, adding that the users from tier 4 and beyond cities emerged as the most frequent repeat shoppers across categories such as women's fashion, footwear, and baby care.
