Monarch Networth Capital Limited has announced its strategic investment in the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI), a recognized stock exchange operating in the financial services industry. MSEI offers trading platforms across various segments including Capital Market, Futures & Options, Currency Derivatives, and Debt Market. Monarch Networth Capital Limited has executed a Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement to invest Rs. 40 crore in MSEI, acquiring 1.82% of its post-issue paid-up share capital.
