NSDL IPO listing in July?

NSDL IPO Listing: NSDL IPO will entirely be an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders. A Bloomberg report said that NSDL IPO could hit the Dalal Street as soon as in July.

NSDL IPO Listing : The much-anticipated IPO of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) could hit the Dalal Street soon. According to a Bloomberg report, NSDL IPO, if all goes well, could be launched in the month of July.
The Bloomberg report, which cited people familiar with the matter, said that NSDL is pressing for an IPO that is expected to raise about USD 400 million.
The SEBI-registered market infrastructure institution's proposed listing was initially cleared by the capital market regulator in October 2025. The listing is now slared to take place as soon as in July.
