OYO parent PRISM receives SEBI nod for proposed IPO

The Prism OYO IPO received the critical regulatory green light it has been waiting for since its third listing attempt began: SEBI cleared Prism, the parent company of hospitality technology platform OYO, to proceed with its Rs 6,650 crore initial public offering on June 2, 2026. The Prism OYO IPO approval comes approximately five months after the company filed its confidential Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI in December 2025, and represents a major milestone for founder Ritesh Agarwal, whose two previous IPO attempts in 2021 and 2023 were either returned by the regulator or withdrawn due to market conditions.
