PNB MetLife Appoints Chief Distribution Officers and Chief Strategy Officer

PNB MetLife has appointed three chief officers to its distribution and strategy roles.

"These strategic appointments are crucial to improving our distribution network and market presence," said Sameer Bansal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of PNB MetLife.

Sudeep PB will serve as the Chief Distribution Officer for Proprietorship (Agency & PSF) and PNB. In this role, he will oversee agency operations and drive productivity improvements with PNB.

Mohit Bahuguna has been appointed as the Chief Distribution Officer for Banca Retail, Partnerships, Group, Alternate, and Business Development. He will focus on building and enhancing connections with major bancassurance partners.

In his new role as Chief Strategy Officer, Mohit Garg will also hold the position of Head of Products. This combined role will enhance his ability to impact product innovation, advance market leadership, improve efficiencies, and lead transformational projects for the company.
