PNB MetLife appoints Sourabh Lohtia as chief marketing and communications officer

PNB MetLife, appointed Sourabh Lohtia as the chief marketing and communications officer, effective 1st August 2024. In this new role, Lohtia will lead the marketing function and oversee corporate communications, corporate social responsibility, the e-commerce business, and customer experience management. Before this, Lohtia held leadership positions at PNB MetLife, where his brand, digital, and growth marketing expertise significantly contributed to the company's success. With almost twenty years of experience in the life insurance industry, he is well-suited for this role. Sameer Bansal, managing director and chief executive officer of PNB MetLife, highlighted Lohtia's innovative leadership and customer focus in driving the company's brand to new heights. With his expanded role, Lohtia will also be involved in advancing the company's CSR initiatives and growing the e-commerce business to contribute to its continued growth and success.
