Hepsibah Rozario has been elevated to Senior Director, PR and Branding at Razorpay. With over 13 years of experience in communications, Rozario has been an integral part of Razorpay’s journey for the past eight years, helping shape the company’s brand voice and reputation through its rapid scale and evolution.

Throughout her tenure, she has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities, driving initiatives across reputation management, crisis communications, and integrated brand storytelling.

In her elevated role, she will lead all external communications for Razorpay, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen the brand’s narrative and enhance stakeholder trust across the ecosystem.

Prior to Razorpay, Rozario held key communication roles at Myntra and worked with leading PR firms like Adfactors PR and Genesis BCW, managing accounts across technology, fintech, and consumer brands.
