Sheela Foam Q3 Profit Soars 124%; Kurlon Acquisition Moves Ahead
Sheela Foam Limited posted robust Q3 FY26 results, with standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 124.22% YoY to ₹38.70 Cr and consolidated PAT rocketing 212.92% YoY to ₹52.57 Cr. Revenue also grew YoY and QoQ, supported by margin expansion. The board approved allotting equity shares for the Kurlon Enterprise acquisition. However, nine-month PAT declined YoY, and current ratios remain below 1, signaling working capital tightness.
