Sterlite Power Secures Crore in New Orders, Strengthening Green Energy Transmission

Sterlite Power has secured fresh orders worth Z2,250 crore across its Global Products and Services (GPS) division, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening India's green energy transmission network and expanding its global presence. In a statement, the company highlighted that these orders mark its highest order book achievement in the current financial year. Additionally, Sterlite Power has secured LI positions for contracts worth æ650 crore in Q3 FY 25. The company's GPS division offers high-performance conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), power cables, and specialised Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions. Commenting on the development, Reshu Madan, CEO — Global Products and Services, Sterlite Power, said, "We are witnessing strong demand from both domestic and international markets, reflecting the growth potential in the global transmission sector. Repeat orders for 144-fibre count OPGW cables and major EPC contracts further strengthen our position as a trusted partner in power transmission. "
