Swiggy Q2 results FY2024-25 date: Food tech company Swiggy Limited is set to release its quarterly results for the first time after the launch of its Rs 11,327 crore IPO. The company intimated about the upcoming board meeting in the exchange filing dated November 26, 2024 to approve the Q2 results for the financial year 2024-25. Shares of Swiggy Limited climbed 6 per cent on Monday to cross Rs 500-mark for the first time. On November 13, Swiggy shares debuted at Rs 420 on NSE with a premium of 7.7 per cent from issue price of Rs 390 apiece.

Swiggy Limited informed a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
“Q2FY25 Earnings Conference Call with the management of Swiggy Limited, to be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 17:00 hours IST (India Standard Time),” the filing reads. The company is expected to release the results after closing of market hours.
