Vastu Housing Finance Corporation's net profit declined by 2.08%, from Rs 71.79 crore in the quarter ended December 2022 to Rs 70.30 crore in the quarter ended December 2023. However, sales during the same period increased by 31.26%, from Rs 177.89 crore to Rs 233.49 crore.
