Aavishkaar Group-backed micro-finance institution (MFI) Arohan Financial Services is “hoping” to file DRHP with the Sebi for ₹1,500 crore initial public offering (IPO) by early March, MD Manoj Nambiar told businessline in an interaction. The promoters will not sell shares in the proposed IPO, but legacy investors could seek an exit. Nambiar also talks about the evolving developments in the MFI sector and shares business guidance.
