The Company filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in respect of initial public offering (IPO) of securities of the Company for an amount not exceeding crore.
SEBI issued its final observations on DRHP in the month of January 2022 and the Company was considering launching its IPO subject to suitable market conditions. However due to prevailing adverse market conditions arising from the Russia - Ukraine War and the uncertain global economic environment, the Company decided against going ahead with the IPO.
Meanwhile, the Company received interest from a set of institutional investors and others for investing in the Company, by which the Company would achieve its objective of fundraising as set out in IPO.
