CSK Optionally Convertible Debentures tenure extended by 11 months from 23.01.2023 to 23.12.2023

CSK issued 650 Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCD) of face value Rs. 10,00,000 each on 23.01.2018. The OCDs were supposed to mature and due for redemption at par at the end of 60 months from the date of issue i.e. 23-01-2023 with an option to convert into equity shares after 2 years from the issue date. But as of latest updates, tenure has been extended by 11 months from 23-01-2023 to 23-12-2023.
