Notice of 10th AGM to the members of Chennai Super Kings- 27th September 2024

Notice is hereby given that the resolutions set out below are proposed for approval by the equity shareholders of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited by means of the Tenth Annual General Meeting :

Ordinary and Special Business:

• The Tenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited will be held on Friday, 27th September 2024, at 10:20 AM IST through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
  
• In compliance with MCA Circulars, the AGM will be conducted in virtual mode, and no physical presence of members is required.
  
• Soft copies of the Notice of the 10th AGM and the Annual Report for the year ending March 31, 2024, will be sent by email to members who have registered their email addresses with the Depository Participants (DPs). These documents will also be available on the Company's website.
• Shareholders holding shares in physical form who have not registered their email addresses, PAN, Aadhaar No., Bank Account details, etc., are requested to register their details with the Company or RTA.
• Shareholders who haven't registered their email addresses can obtain soft copies of the AGM Notice and Annual Report by sending scanned copies of specific documents to the Company at investor@chennaisuperkings.com or to RTA at corpserv@integratedindia.in.
• The Cut-Off Date is 20th September 2024 for determining the eligibility of shareholders to vote via remote e-voting or e-voting during the AGM.
• The Company will provide remote e-voting facilities to its members for voting on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM.
