Please be informed that the 32nd annual general meeting of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. will be held on 27th August 2024 at 04:00 P.M. (IST), through Video conferencing ("VC")/ Other audio-visual means ("OAVM"), to transact the following ordinary businesses:

To consider and approve the Company's Audited Financial Statements (including the Consolidated Financial Statements) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors concerning them.
To declare a final dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
To appoint a director in place of Shri. Tablesh Pandey (DIN: 10119561), who retires by rotation and is eligible, seeks reappointment, subject to the approval of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
