- Revenue and Profitability: In FY24, Studds reported total revenue of ₹536 cr, marking a 5.9% increase from ₹506 cr in FY23. The company's PAT increased significantly by 72.7%, rising from ₹33 cr in FY23 to ₹57 cr in FY24. The EPS also saw substantial growth, more than doubling from ₹17 in FY23 to ₹29 in FY24, reflecting enhanced profitability per share.
- Financial Position: Studds' total assets grew by 5.4%, increasing from ₹461 cr in FY23 to ₹486 cr in FY24, indicating strong asset growth. Meanwhile, total equity increased by 14.5%, rising from ₹338 cr in FY23 to ₹387 cr in FY24, showcasing a stronger financial foundation and increased shareholder value.
- Future Prospects: As Studds continues to expand its domestic presence, the company's strategic emphasis on innovation and adherence to evolving safety regulations positions it for sustained and accelerated growth. The rising demand in the electric vehicle is expected to boost demand for its products, while improved margins resulting from lower oil prices further enhance its potential for success in the global market.
