Bira 91 has collaborated with Far Yeast Brewing in Japan to create a Gose-style beer.

Bira 91, a beer brand, has released Yuzu Gose Sour, its first Gose-style beer, in conjunction with Japan's Far Yeast Brewing Company. A Gose-style beer is traditionally a German wheat beer with low hop bitterness.

According to the company, the new product was brewed with Himalayan Pink Salt from India and Yuzu peel, a traditional Japanese citrus fruit grown in Kochi prefecture and used to make Kagua, a popular Japanese ale. The components produce a sour beer, which is a popular type in both nations.
