Care Health Insurance has opened its doors to the right issue.

Issue and offer of 2,72,72,727 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each (“Equity Shares”) at Premium of Rs. 100/- each on rights basis to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1(one) equity share for every 34 (Thirty Four) fully paid up Equity Shares held by them as on the record date i.e. Friday, August 12, 2022, aggregating approximately upto Rs. 300 crores.
