The Board of Directors of Cochin International Airport Limited at its meeting held on 14th February 2023 decided to offer 9,56,43,687 equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs.40/- per share (i.e. issue price Rs.50/- per share) to the existing shareholders of the company in the ratio 1:4 (i.e. one new Equity Share for every four fully paid-up Equity Shares held) as on the Record Date i.e. 22.02.2023, on rights basis for an amount aggregating to Rs. 478,21,84,350/-("Rights Issue").
