HDB Financial Services notified for Notice of Postal Ballot

Following are the Resolutions Notified through the Notice of Postal Ballot

1. Authority to issue and allotment of Subordinated Bonds on Private Placement Basis:- The aggregate amount to be raised through the issuance of Subordinated Bonds pursuant to the authority under this Resolution shall be up to Rs. 3,000 Crores (Rupees Three Thousand Crores Only)

2. Authority to Issue and Allotment of Perpetual Debt instruments on Private Placement Basis:- The aggregate amount to be raised through the issuance of the Perpetual Debt
Instruments pursuant to the authority under this Resolution shall be up to Rs. 500 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Crores only)

3. To approve material Related Party Transactions with HDFC Bank Limited for Financial Year 2024-25

4. To approve material Related Party Transactions with HDFC Life Insurance for Financial Year 2024-25

5. To approve increase in Borrowing Limits of the company from Rs 80,000 Cr to Rs 1,25,000 Cr
