Lava International scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday, 28th February, 2024.

Lava International has given a notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 28th February, 2024. There are two main agendas of this EGM:

a) To approve the appointment and remuneration of Mr. Sunial Raina (President- Business Head of Lava International Limited)  as whole-time director.

b) Appointment of M/S Raj Gupta Co. Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of existing auditors (of M/s ASA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants) of the company.
