Mil Industries Ltd. got demerged with Mil Industries and Aerospace Ltd. With this demerger, Mil Industries Ltd. will transfer PTFE business undertaking to Mil Industries and Aerospace Ltd., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mil Industries Ltd.
