The Company seeks approval for related party transactions with Sheela Foam Limited (holding company of Kurlon Enterprises Ltd.) under the Companies Act, 2013, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, conducting transactions at arm’s length and in the ordinary course of business for an amount not exceeding in the aggregate Rs. 10,00,00,00,000, for FY24-25.
The remote e-voting period starts from 9:00 a.m. (IST) on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, until Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The Scrutinizer will submit the voting report to the Chairperson or an authorized person. The results will be announced by Friday, May 31, 2024, and posted on the Company's website.
