Notice for the meeting of equity shareholders of Rydak Syndicate Limited convened as per the directions of NCLT,Kolkata Bench regarding the Amalgamation

The companies have proposed the amalgamation of Dhelakhat Tea Company Limited (Transferor Company) with Rydak Syndicate Limited (Transferee Company/ the Company).  The notice was issued to notify that a meeting for the final approval will be held on 27th June 2023 as per the directions of the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, for the rest of the process. The time of the meeting will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the remote e-voting process will begin at 9 a.m. on June 24, 2023 and will end at 5 p.m. on June 26, 2023.  The Amalgamation will benefit the merged entity by broadening its range of products with the addition of tea estates that produce orthodox tea. Consequently, the combined Transferee Company will hold a stronger position in the industry by offering a broader selection of teas, including CTC and Orthodox.
