1. ​Approval of related party transactions with Gojo & Company INC, Holding Company.
   
2. To increase the authorized share capital of the company.
   
3. Alteration in the capital clause of the memorandum of association.
   
4. To consider and approve the issuance of equity shares of the company on a preferential basis to the international finance corporation.
   
5. ​To consider and approve the issuance of equity shares of the company on a preferential basis to Gojo & Company, Inc.
6. Alteration of articles of association (AOA) of the company.
7. Issuance of convertible debentures (including non-convertible bonds) on a private placement basis under section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013.
8. To consider & approve the payment of remuneration by way of commission to non-executive independent directors.
