Special Business:

• To consider and approve alteration of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association ("MOA") of the company.
  
• To consider and approve the alteration to the Memorandum of Association ("MOA") and Articles of Association ("AOA") of the company under the name change of the company to "SMFL Services Limited".
• To approve the alterations of the Articles of Association ("AOA") of the company and adoption of "Restated AOA".
  
• To rescind the following conditions resolutions passed in the Annual General Meeting dated 29th December 2022.

1. To receive, consider, and adapt the addendum to the director's report.
   
2. To declare the final dividend.
3. To approve a change of the name of the company and consequent alterations of the MoA and AoA of the company.
