Notice of Record Date for Share Buyback by Kanara Consumer Products Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the board of directors announced at the meeting held on Friday, May 3, 2024, that shareholders approved a share buyback via postal ballot. The fully paid equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, will be repurchased at Rs. 1300 per share. The company Kanara Consumer Products Ltd has also set Tuesday, May 21, 2024, as the record date to determine which shareholders are eligible to receive the Letter of Offer and the Tender Form for the buyback.
