One97 Communications, the parent company of fintech platform Paytm, has received the nod from SEBI for its Rs 16,600 crore IPO. From&nbsp;Rs 16,600 crore,&nbsp;Rs 8,300 crore will be primary share sale and Rs 8,300 crore will be an offer for sale (OFS), where existing investors can sell their shares.Company filed its draft in July and is&nbsp;planning for a mid-November listing.
