Tata Technologies starts work on IPO to raise up to ₹4000 Cr

Tata group has initiated the process to list Tata Technologies through an IPO. They are planning to raise ₹3,500 crore - ₹4,000 crore, valuing it at ₹16,200 crore - ₹20,000 crore. Tata Motors board approved a partial divestment of its stake in Tata Tech through a public float.
