SEAMEC has announced that HAL Offshore, the promoter of the company, has been awarded a letter of intent by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for the chartering of a multi support vessel for a period of three years.
Under the agreement, ONGC will charter the vessel SEAMEC 2 along with the marine crew for works specified in the tender.
