  • Devi group is a leading player in the shrimp processing and export business headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
  • The principal activities of the Group and its associate are processing and export of shrimps, manufacturing of shrimp feed, power generation and hotel operations.
  • It exports the processed shrimp primarily to North America and also to South-East Asia and other markets. Its major customers in the United States are a leading food service distributor, a full-service restaurant chain, a seafood restaurant chain and a casual dining restaurant chain.
  • The company sell processed shrimp products in the United States market through its wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, Devi Sea Foods Inc. (the "Subsidiary"), which was incorporated in 2005.
