2. Vineeta Singh: We has discussed about Vineeta singh founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetic. Sugar cosmetics has started business with 6 products and now it stands with 150+ products and making presence in all over 200+ cities with offline stores. Holding a degree from IIT and IIM, Vineeta singh was ambitious women and wanted to start a career as entrepreneur. She started her entrepreneur journey with Fab Bag a subscription based business model. Later she find unscalability in the business and wanted to do something different. After analysing the Indian market she find the some gap in cosmetic market and started sugar cosmetics. She has invested in business like skippi and Blue pine Foods.

3. Meera Kulkarni: Founder and CEO of Forest Essential, a luxury brand offer skincare, cosmetics & perfume products with USP of ayurvedic preparations. The company cater 500+ spa and hotels, stands with 110+ owned stores and cater millions of customer all over the world. Meera Kulkarni life journey is a true inpiration. She has started her career at age of 45 after battling problem in life and give us inspiration that age is just a number.

4. Gazal Alagh: CEO and co-founder of Mamaearth. Gazal alagh journey start from home, when she could not find the suitable product for her newly born baby. which inspire her to start a business- mamaearth a cosmetic brand which offer high range of natural & chemical free products. She has invested in Humpy firm, Blissclub and UVI Health

5. Kiran Majumdar: Founder and CEO of Biocon. One of the richest women of India is awarded with prestigious award - Padma Shree for her work in biotechnology. She was the one who has introduced bio-technolgy in India. She was started the company back in 1978 and faced lots of challenge while build her career, one of the big challenge was Gender equality. She has invested in bug work and gytree.
