  • The company was previously listed on the Delhi Stock Exchange but was delisted and moved to the dissemination board. In response, the company's promoter, Gurinder Jit Singh, has extended an exit offer to public investors for Rs. 49.41 per share as per the Exit Offer Letter dated 5th February 2024.
  • Hotel Silver Ferns in New Delhi offers a range of in-room amenities, including 24-hour in-room dining services, a 32" plasma TV with remote control, access to 64 satellite television channels (including leading international channels), a dual-line telephone with international direct dialing capabilities, an in-room hair dryer, iron/ironing board, a minibar, an electronic safe, and a tea/coffee maker, among other features.
  • The hotel is situated near the first PVR cinema built in the capital. This boutique hotel is just a half-hour away from Connaught Place and international exhibition and convention centers like Pragati Maidan.
  • The company was established in 1981 as a non-governmental, publicly traded entity, with its registered office situated in Saket, South Delhi.
